About Samana Ocean Bay
Samana Ocean Bay is Samana Developers' project on Dubai Islands, the Nakheel island community that is turning the Deira coastline into a new beach destination. The two towers stand on the south eastern side of the islands, close to the channel and the Deira waterfront.
Both towers rise 10 storeys. Samana is known for putting private pools on the balconies of many of its apartments, and Ocean Bay follows that approach, combining sea views with outdoor space. Registered sales so far are mostly one, two and three bedroom apartments, with a few four bedroom homes.
The shared facilities lean towards wellness: a swimming pool and children's pool, a gym, a steam room, yoga and meditation areas, a zen garden, a playground and a splash pad. The design is by York Engineering Consultants and the main works are by Italtech Contracting. It suits buyers who want a resort feel at a more accessible level than the larger beachfront schemes.
