About Agua Residences
Agua is one of two Citi Developers projects on Dubai Islands; its sister building Arya stands a few hundred metres to the east. Citi Developers has broken ground, and the plan was sold with 10% on booking, 40% during construction and 50% on handover.
Apartments are delivered fully furnished with custom made pieces and branded appliances and fittings, including Villeroy and Boch, SMEG, Devialet, LG and Apple. Finishes use travertine, natural stone marble and porcelain, and each unit has a central ventilation system and a smart home assistant robot. Registered sales cover one to four bedroom layouts.
The rooftop, named Cloud 9, has an infinity pool, a sunken pool bar and private cabanas. Lower down there are separate spas for men and women, a Roman bath, a yoga studio, a fitness studio and a games room. The architect is Model Engineering Consultants.
