Azizi Wasel is Azizi Developments' waterfront building on Dubai Islands, the Nakheel island community off the Deira coast. It sits on the south eastern side of the islands, near the channel that separates them from the Deira waterfront, so both the beaches and the older neighbourhoods of Deira are close.

The building offers a wide spread of homes, from studios and one bedroom apartments to two and three bedroom layouts and penthouses on the top floors. The Dubai Land Department registers most of its sales as hotel apartments, which reflects a serviced, lock and leave style of ownership.
