About Hado by Beyond
Hado is the opening residential phase of SIORA, BEYOND Developments' masterplan on Dubai Islands, the Nakheel island community off the Deira coast. The three towers sit on the northern part of the islands, on the coast, and are oriented to catch open sea, cove and city views.
Each tower rises 21 storeys. Across the three there are 678 homes, from one bedroom apartments to four bedroom simplex and duplex residences and penthouses. The design follows the Japanese idea of ikigai, a life of balance and purpose, with a calm palette, plenty of glazing and landscaped spaces that link the towers to the shore.
At ground level, fourteen boutique retail units are planned for cafes, dining and lifestyle concepts. Residents get an elevated pool, a gym, yoga and wellness spaces, meditation gardens, children's areas, a chef's kitchen and a cigar lounge, which makes Hado a good fit for families and for buyers who want a quiet coastal home with the city close by.
