About Wynwood Residences
Wynwood, registered with the Dubai Land Department as Wynwood Residences, is an Imtiaz Developments building at the southern tip of Dubai Islands, the Nakheel island community off the Deira coast. It is one of the closest island projects to Deira, with the marina and the old souks nearby.
The building offers one, two and three bedroom residences and a limited number of duplexes, all delivered fully furnished with bespoke interiors. Imtiaz reported construction at about a fifth complete when last updated, with the structure well advanced.
Shared spaces are spread across several levels: a rooftop infinity pool and sundeck, an open air yoga terrace, a multi level green podium, a central courtyard, a clubhouse, a gym, a jacuzzi, a barbecue area and a kids' splash pool. It suits buyers who want a finished, furnished home close to both the beach and the heart of old Dubai.
