About Elle Residences
ANAX Developments partnered with ELLE to create the brand's first residential project in the Middle East. Construction began in May 2026, and buyers were offered a plan of 30% during construction and 70% on handover.
Interiors follow a Parisian, editorial concept, with olive green accents, textured branded wallpapers, Rosso Lepanto marble and chevron oak floors. Outside, the building is all clean lines and soft curves with floor to ceiling glass, and many terraces offer up to 280 degree waterfront views. Seven villa homes have their own private entrances.
Its position at the western end of the islands gives open water on several sides. Facilities include a pool, indoor and outdoor gyms, spas and a sauna, a rooftop bar and lounge, an outdoor cinema, a mini golf course, a jogging track and a yoga deck, with concierge, valet parking and 24 hour security.
