About Ellington Sands
Ellington Sands brings Ellington Properties' design led approach to Dubai Islands, the Nakheel master development of five islands off the Deira coast. The project sits on the western side of the islands, a short walk from Dubai Islands Marina, and is registered with the Dubai Land Department as two projects, Ellington Sands I and Ellington Sands II.
The buildings are deliberately low rise, so that as many homes as possible look out over the water. Ellington describes floor to ceiling windows, large balconies and open plan interiors, with layouts that run from studios and generous one bedroom apartments to duplexes and four bedroom penthouses, and buyers can choose between interior palettes.
The amenities are built around the beach: a private beach with a clubhouse and terrace, a water sports pavilion for kayaking and paddleboarding, leisure and lap pools, a yoga studio and a fitness studio, plus tennis and paddle tennis. Solar panels, efficient water systems and drought resistant planting are part of the design, which suits buyers who want a relaxed seaside home within easy reach of Deira and Downtown Dubai.
