About Nuvana by Wadan
Nuvana is one of the lower buildings on the islands at eight storeys, with an estimated 56 homes. Construction started in October 2025, carried out by Wadan's in house contractor Autolink Contracting, and the plan was 20% on booking, 30% during construction and 50% on handover.
Technology is the focus inside. Each home comes with an LG OLED television, Bose Dolby Atmos sound, Amazon voice control, Miele smart kitchen appliances, Ekinex automation and SALTO smart locks, and residents use Wadan's own app for requests and updates. Kitchens have breakfast bars and marble worktops, and bathrooms have free standing baths.
Wellness facilities fill the shared floors: a rooftop infinity pool with cabanas, a gym, a pilates studio and yoga studio, a sauna, an ice bath and a jacuzzi, alongside a cinema, a billiards table and a children's play area.
