About Arya Residences
Arya is the taller of Citi Developers' two Dubai Islands buildings, standing east of its sister project Agua and closer to Souk Al Marfa. It was launched with 10% on booking, 50% during construction and 40% on handover, and the developer has broken ground.
Every apartment has its own private sky pool and IoT controlled systems, and comes fully furnished with Miele appliances, Villeroy and Boch cutlery, decor and electronics, plus a personal assistant robot. Registered sales so far include one to four bedroom homes.
Two levels hold the shared facilities. The Eleventh Sky on the roof has an infinity pool, cabanas, plunge pools and a sunken bar. The Forte on the first floor has hammams for men and women, Roman bath suites, a sauna and steam room, a second infinity pool, a children's water play area, a cinema, a games zone, a fitness pavilion, a yoga deck, a cigar room and a business lounge.
