About Bay Grove Residences
Bay Grove Residences is Nakheel's own apartment community on Dubai Islands, the five island master development that adds 17 sq km of land and around 20 km of beaches to the Deira coast. The buildings stand on Island B, close to the beach, and are being delivered in phases.
Phase 1, launched in October 2024, has 296 homes in four buildings, and Phase 3 adds 241 homes in three buildings. In September 2026 Nakheel awarded a construction contract worth more than AED 800 million for these two phases, with the main works expected to finish in late 2028. The full community is planned at 1,154 homes across 15 buildings.
The buildings have curved balconies and floor to ceiling windows, and homes range from one bedroom apartments to four bedroom duplexes and penthouses. Shared facilities include an infinity lap pool with skyline views, a raised ocean pool on the beachfront, a fitness centre, a kids' club, pet washing areas and a landscaped podium, with a park next door and walking and cycling routes around the island.
