About Treppan Serenique Residences
Serenique is Fakhruddin Properties' Dubai Islands project and carries its Treppan Living concept. Two towers, A and B, each rise 12 floors above a ground floor and two podium levels, and the architect is EDMAC Engineering Consultant.
Wellness is the theme throughout. Beyond the pools and gyms, the plan includes a biohacking zone with red light therapy, hyperbaric oxygen, cryotherapy and floatation tanks, a Himalayan salt brick sauna, hot and cold plunge pools and a meditation zone, plus an aqua gym, a climbing wall and a koi pond.
The homes are two and three bedroom apartments designed by a British interior designer, with floor to ceiling windows, glass wardrobe doors and private balconies facing the sea or the golf course. The site is the closest of the projects here to Centara Mirage and Hotel Riu, the two beach resorts on the islands.
