Silena, registered with the Dubai Land Department as Silena Residences, is Avenew Development's beachfront project on Island B of Dubai Islands, the Nakheel island community off the Deira coast. It sits on the waterfront in the northern part of the islands.

The design links three low rise structures that reach out towards the sea. There are 137 homes, from about 730 sq ft to more than 12,000 sq ft, covering one to three bedroom apartments, duplex townhouses, sky villas and signature penthouses. Interiors use natural stone, warm woods and marble in sand and moonlight tones.

Shared spaces include a rooftop infinity pool with sea views, a gym, sauna and steam rooms, landscaped gardens, lounge decks and water bar zones. With a small number of homes and a wide choice of layouts, Silena appeals to buyers who want a quiet, boutique address by the beach.
