Pacifica was part of the first construction phase of DAMAC Hills 2, then known as Akoya Oxygen. Work started in September 2015 and the cluster was completed in February 2022.
It is a gated neighbourhood of townhouses and villas. Dubai Land Department rental records show more than 300 leases over the last twelve months, most for three bedroom homes, with two, four and six bedroom homes as well.
Its north west position puts it close to the E77 entrance, which suits commuters heading towards Jebel Ali, Expo City and Dubai South. Water Town is about 1.9 km away and the community park about 2.4 km.
