Camelia belongs to the newer wave of DAMAC Hills 2 clusters. Construction started in March 2023, and Al Qandeel Contracting was appointed to build 515 of its homes. The cluster is designed as rows of family townhouses, each with a private garden.
Homes have three or four bedrooms. Dubai Land Department rental records for the last twelve months show more than 300 registered leases here, split between three and four bedroom homes, which makes Camelia one of the busiest rental addresses in the whole community.
The cluster sits close to the heart of DAMAC Hills 2, so Water Town, Malibu Beach, the lazy river and the community park are all within about a kilometre. Like the rest of the community it is a quiet, car based suburb reached from Al Qudra Road and Jebel Ali Lehbab Road.
