About Park Horizon

Emaar built Park Horizon on the southern edge of Dubai Hills Park, beside Lime Gardens and Park Field. Construction began in 2023 and the homes have since been handed over, with resales now registered by the Dubai Land Department as ready property.

The project has two towers of 12 and 21 storeys set on a landscaped podium. Alongside one, two and three bedroom apartments there is a small collection of two bedroom townhouses, and the upper floors look across the park towards the Downtown Dubai skyline.

For families the appeal is simple: the park is on the doorstep, with play areas, running tracks and open lawns, while Dubai Hills Mall is under a kilometre away. Palm Jumeirah and Downtown Dubai are both around a quarter of an hour by car.
