About Park Heights 1

Park Heights 1 was launched by Emaar in 2017 and built by Shapoorji Pallonji International between 2017 and 2020. It stands in Park Heights, the apartment district on the northern side of Dubai Hills Park.

The tower holds about 270 apartments, from one bedroom homes of around 60 sq m to three bedroom homes of around 150 sq m. Emaar designed the building for active living, with an infinity edge pool, a temperature controlled children's pool, an indoor gym and community rooms, and many homes look over Dubai Hills Boulevard towards Downtown Dubai.

Residents are a short walk from Dubai Hills Park and from the shops and cafes around Park Heights, and Al Khail Road is close by for trips across the city. Its established community and completed surroundings make it a steady choice for both families and investors.
