About Golf Grand
Emaar launched Golf Grand in March 2023 and work began that August. Dubai Consultants designed the building and Transemirates Contracting built it, and the project reached completion in April 2026, ahead of the original March 2027 handover estimate.
The building rises 17 storeys over a basement and holds 329 apartments. Layouts run from one to three bedrooms, and a number of homes sit at ground level with direct access to the landscaped grounds. Residents share an elevated podium with an infinity pool ringed by cabanas, a fitness centre, a rooftop lounge and a children's play area.
Golf Grand stands in the cluster of newer Emaar buildings next to Golfville and Golf Suites, about half a kilometre from the Dubai Hills Golf Club clubhouse. Dubai Hills Mall, the central park and Al Khail Road are all a short drive away.
