About Ellington House
Ellington House was the first project by Ellington Properties in Dubai Hills Estate. It was launched in 2022, construction started that summer and the building was completed in 2025. Ellington has since added Ellington House II, III and IV nearby.
The building has 12 storeys and minimalist interiors, with reflective surfaces, soft textures and generous glazing that frames the greenery outside. Homes range from one bedroom apartments to three bedroom apartments of about 1,740 sq ft and penthouses, many with views over the fairways.
The location is the main draw. Dubai Hills Golf Club is right next door, GEMS Wellington Academy and King's College Hospital are both under a kilometre away, and residents have golf lockers, a mini putt green and a clubhouse without leaving the building.
