About Collective
Emaar unveiled Collective in March 2018 as a modern community for young entrepreneurs, professionals and creatives. The two towers, Collective Tower 1 and Tower 2, stand near Dubai Hills Mall and Dubai Hills Business Park, and their success led Emaar to launch Collective 2.0 later the same year.
The apartments are one and two bedroom homes with flexible layouts, including movable partitions, and balconies over the landscaping of Dubai Hills Estate. Much of the appeal lies in the shared spaces: indoor and outdoor lounges, co working areas, a library, a games area, a cinema room, a secret garden and a swimming pool, with retail and dining on the podium.
Dubai Hills Mall is a short walk away and Dubai Hills Park about a kilometre to the north, while Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road make it easy to reach Downtown Dubai, Dubai Marina and both airports.
