The complex is made up of four blocks, Plaza A, B, C and D, of 11, 17, 11 and 5 storeys, finished in a Spanish inspired style around a large central courtyard. Homes range from studios to three bedroom apartments, with duplexes and townhouses too, and the ground floors hold supermarkets, salons, restaurants, a pharmacy, a spa and laundry services.
One bedroom apartments make up the largest share of registered rental contracts with the Dubai Land Department, followed by studios and two bedroom homes, and the complex is one of the more actively traded addresses in JVC.
