About Ghalia by DAMAC
DAMAC started building Ghalia in 2014 and began handing over homes in June 2019. The tower was designed for residents who want a lifestyle in line with Sharia principles, so the main facilities are provided twice: separate pools, gyms and dining areas for men and for women, alongside shared family spaces.
All 727 apartments were delivered fully furnished, with fitted kitchens and bathroom fittings, from studios to three bedroom homes. Studios are the most common unit and account for most of the Ejari rent contracts registered in the building, which is one of the most rented addresses in Jumeirah Village Circle.
Ghalia stands in District 18 on the western side of JVC, next to DAMAC's Tower 108 and close to Binghatti Royale. A 24 hour concierge and valet parking service look after residents, and Sunmarke School is under 1 km away.
