About The Pulse Townhouses
The Pulse Townhouses was one of the first family communities completed in The Pulse. Construction started at the end of 2016 and the homes were handed over in 2020, giving the Residential District a ready neighbourhood of houses alongside its apartment buildings.
The community is organised into numbered clusters of townhouses, many of them stacked homes, set around the Pulse community parks. Designs were by WS Atkins & Partners, and homes range from two bedroom layouts to larger three bedroom houses.
With parks on the doorstep, shops along The Pulse boulevard and schools and Expo City Dubai within a short drive, The Pulse Townhouses remain one of the most in demand rental communities in Dubai South for young families.
