About Greenview 2

Greenview 2 was the fifth phase of Emaar's Expo Golf Villas series and was later renamed as part of the Greenview trio. Construction started in October 2019 on a project valued at about AED 208.7 million, and keys were handed over in January 2024.

The homes are townhouses with three or four bedrooms, laid out on quiet internal streets inside a gated perimeter. Families can walk to the shared pools, gyms, play areas and basketball court, and the community has a mosque and a café within Emaar South.

For schooling, GEMS Founders School Dubai South, which follows the British curriculum, is about 1.4 km away. Al Maktoum International Airport is roughly five minutes by car, which makes Greenview 2 a natural choice for aviation and logistics staff based at Dubai South.
