About Golf Views

Golf Views was among the first projects Emaar launched at Emaar South, alongside the Urbana townhouses. Construction ran from 2017 to 2020, and the complex now anchors the apartment side of the golf district, a short walk from South Village and the golf club.

The design is a three sided group of ten storey blocks around a raised leisure deck, with townhouses at the base. Large windows and generous balconies frame views across the fairways, and the podium holds the pool, gym and family areas.

Golf Views is one of the most rented buildings in the district, and the short drive to Al Maktoum International Airport makes it a convenient base for people working at the airport and in the logistics district.
