Rimal is a cluster of six residential towers, Rimal 1 to Rimal 6, in the middle of Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) in Dubai. It stands directly behind The Beach, the Meraas open air dining and retail strip, between Amwaj and Bahar, and its podium is one of the busiest for daily shopping on The Walk, with several supermarkets and medical clinics.

About Rimal
If JBR has a centre, Rimal is it. The cluster faces The Beach across the promenade, so residents step out of the lobby onto the sand and the restaurants that Meraas opened along the shore in 2014. Amwaj lies to the west towards Bluewaters and Bahar to the east, and the JBR 2 tram stop is about 300 metres away.
Rimal's six towers range from 36 to 46 storeys, with Rimal 1 the tallest. Its podium is practical rather than glamorous: Carrefour Market, Viva and Fix Price for groceries, dental and medical clinics, children's nurseries, a wellness spa, plus Nando's and The Butcher Shop and Grill for eating out. For families that means school runs, doctors and the weekly shop without getting in the car.
The cluster has the widest spread of homes of the original six. Our September 2026 snapshot shows studios through to four bedroom apartments, plus a handful of four and six bedroom penthouses, among the largest homes in JBR.
