Murjan is the easternmost cluster of Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) in Dubai, at the Dubai Marina end of The Walk next to Sadaf. Its residential towers, from 26 to 46 storeys, sit closest of all the JBR clusters to Dubai Marina Mall and Skydive Dubai, and it offers more studios than its neighbours.

The Walk ends, or begins, at Murjan. Beyond it the beachfront hotels continue towards Dubai Media City, and inland lie the Marina promenade and Dubai Marina Mall. That makes Murjan the natural pick for anyone who works in Media City or Internet City, or who wants the beach on one side and the Marina's restaurants on the other.

Murjan's towers are generally lower than those in Sadaf and Bahar, ranging from 26 to 46 storeys. The podium is geared to daily life: a UFC Gym, a children's nursery, pharmacies, salons, McCafe and restaurants such as Japanos and Suvoroff. Google Maps visitors give the cluster 4.4 out of 5.

Murjan offers the most entry level homes in JBR.
