Seven residential towers make Sadaf the biggest single block of homes in JBR, and that shows in the numbers. It recorded more resales than any other original cluster we track over the last twelve months of Dubai Land Department data, and it had the largest supply of homes for sale and rent in our September 2026 portal snapshot.
The mix runs from studios of about 450 sq ft to four bedroom apartments of around 2,900 sq ft and a few very large penthouses, with two and three bedroom homes the core of the market. Heights run from 37 storeys to 54 at Sadaf 4, so upper floor units in the taller towers look over both the Gulf and the Marina skyline. Google Maps visitors rate the cluster 4.0 from more than 350 reviews.
Living here puts the quieter eastern half of The Walk at the door. JBR 1 tram stop is right beside the cluster, Dubai Marina Mall and the Marina promenade are a short walk inland, and the podium has clinics, supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants such as Cafe Torino and 77 Asia. Emirates International School and Regent International School are among the nearest schools, a short drive away.
