1/JBR stands at the eastern gateway of Jumeirah Beach Residence, where the community meets Dubai Marina and the Al Habtoor Grand Resort. Dubai Properties started construction in September 2015 and completed the tower in March 2020, making it one of the newest homes on the JBR beachfront.
The tower rises 46 storeys, about 239 metres, and was designed by Edge, with Dubai Contracting Company as the main contractor. Its focus is on fewer, larger homes: two, three, four and five bedroom apartments, with penthouses on the top two levels reached by private lifts, and two parking spaces for each apartment.
Residents have a swimming pool, a gym, a spa, private sky gardens and a beach club, and the lobby has its own roundabout drop off. For buyers who want space, privacy and a quieter corner of JBR a short walk from Dubai Marina Mall, 1/JBR is one of the most exclusive addresses in the community.
