Al Fattan Marine Towers is a pair of twin skyscrapers on the beachfront of Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) in Dubai, the tallest buildings in the community at about 245 metres to the tip. Built by Al Fattan Properties and completed in 2006, the complex combines the residential Al Fattan Tower with its hotel apartment twin, with large two to four bedroom homes.

About Al Fattan Marine Towers
Al Fattan Properties started work on the towers in 2004 and finished them in 2006, a few years before the rest of JBR was complete. The architect was Norr Group Consultants International, and the two slender towers of about 50 storeys still stand out as the tallest on the JBR skyline, rising roughly 230 metres to the roof.
The complex sits between the Bahar and Sadaf clusters, on the seaward side of The Walk, with The Beach at JBR and the sand directly in front. The residential Al Fattan Tower is paired with Oasis Beach Tower, which operates as hotel apartments, and the site includes a large basement car park.
Apartments here are unusually spacious for JBR, with two, three and four bedroom layouts and duplex penthouses at the top. Residents have a temperature controlled pool, a fitness centre, concierge and 24 hour security, and the upper floors look out over the Gulf, Bluewaters and Ain Dubai or back towards Dubai Marina.
