Al Bateen Residences is a 50 storey beachfront residential tower by Al Ain Properties at the western end of Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), Dubai, directly on JBR Beach at the south end of The Walk. Completed in 2014, it has 304 homes, 300 apartments and four penthouses, next to the DoubleTree by Hilton tower of the same complex.

About Al Bateen Residences

Al Bateen Residences is part of the Al Bateen Towers complex, one of the few JBR buildings that sit on the sand side of The Walk rather than behind it. Construction started in 2007 and the complex was completed in 2014, with TRO Jung Brannen as the architect.

The complex has two towers with separate entrances, lobbies, pools and gyms: the 50 storey residential tower and a smaller hotel tower operated as DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Jumeirah Beach, with 110 suites. Residents therefore have hotel restaurants and meeting spaces next door while keeping their own private facilities.

Homes range from one to four bedroom apartments, topped by four penthouses on the highest floors, and most enjoy sea views towards Ain Dubai and Palm Jumeirah or along the JBR coastline. Direct beach access and a quieter position at the end of The Walk make the tower popular with families and long term tenants.
