About Address Beach Residences (Jumeirah Gate)
Address Beach Resort was built on the last plot of land on The Walk at JBR, where the community meets the sea opposite Bluewaters Island. It was developed under Emaar’s Address Hotels + Resorts brand and opened on 18 December 2020 as the brand’s first beachfront property. In land records the project appears as Jumeirah Gate, with Tower 1 holding the residences and Tower 2 the serviced hotel apartments.
The two towers rise to 77 storeys and are joined at the top by a sky bridge. On the 77th floor, 294 metres above the ground, the infinity pool holds the Guinness World Record for the highest outdoor infinity pool in a building. The resort also has its own 100 metre private beach and a range of restaurants, including Zeta Seventy Seven next to the rooftop pool.
Owners choose between unfurnished residences and fully serviced hotel apartments run by Address, with one to five bedroom layouts and wide views over Ain Dubai, Palm Jumeirah and the Gulf.
