About Myrtle
Myrtle was among the first three buildings released in Central Park at City Walk, together with Celadon and Viridian, when Meraas launched the new park phase in 2022. It sits at the northern end of the park, next to The Green Planet and within a short walk of the City Walk shopping streets.
Designed by Arif and Bintoak and built by Eastern International, the building has eight storeys above one basement parking level. Its L shaped plan with terraces at both ends holds 129 homes: one bedroom apartments of about 679 to 834 sq ft and two bedroom apartments. Construction began in June 2022 and the building was completed in November 2025.
The swimming pool sits on a raised terrace that looks out over Central Park, and residents share the park's running track, sports courts, dog park and play areas. Compact layouts, a finished building and steady tenant demand make Myrtle popular with investors as well as with young professionals who work in Downtown Dubai and DIFC.
