Central Park Building 1 opened the Central Park chapter of City Walk. Meraas started construction in June 2019 and the building was completed in June 2022, several years before the later Central Park buildings, so it already has an established community of residents.
The building was designed by Arif and Bintoak and built by Beaver Gulf Group. It holds 187 homes in one, two and three bedroom layouts, and every apartment comes with parking. It stands on the eastern side of the park, a short walk from Hub Zero, The Green Planet and Valiant Clinic.
Residents enjoy Central Park's pools, gardens, running track, sports courts and play areas, with the shops, restaurants and entertainment of City Walk close by. Being finished and let for several years, Building 1 is a proven rental address and a regular choice for investors in City Walk.
