Castleton rises above the landscaped lawns of Central Park at City Walk, the residential phase that Meraas has built around a large green park in the middle of City Walk. At 22 storeys it stands well above the mid rise buildings around it, so upper floors look out across the park and towards the Downtown Dubai skyline.

Construction started in September 2022 and the building reached handover in 2026, when the Dubai Land Department began registering its homes as ready. Castleton has about 213 apartments in one to four bedroom layouts, crowned by a two storey penthouse, with parking on a basement level.

Residents share the Central Park amenities, from pools and a running track to a dog park, sports courts and picnic pavilions, while the City Walk streets with their cafés, shops, Coca Cola Arena and Valiant Clinic are a few minutes away on foot.
