About Viridian
Viridian was one of the first three buildings launched in Central Park at City Walk, alongside Celadon and Myrtle, when Meraas opened the new park phase in 2022. It stands on the eastern side of the park, closest to the original City Walk streets, Hub Zero and The Green Planet.
Designed by Arif and Bintoak and built by Eastern International, the building rises eight storeys above one basement parking level. Construction started in February 2022. The design uses light colours and carefully chosen materials, with plants draping from the balcony edges so the building blends into the park around it.
Homes are one, two and three bedroom apartments, each with parking. Residents share Central Park's pools, running track, dog park, sports courts and play areas, and can walk to the cafés and shops of City Walk in a few minutes, which keeps Viridian among the most rented buildings in the neighbourhood.
