About Celadon
Celadon was launched in 2022 as one of the first three projects of Central Park at City Walk, together with Myrtle and Viridian. Instead of one block it is spread over three separate buildings, Celadon 1, 2 and 3, set among the park's gardens on the southern side of Central Park.
Designed by Arif and Bintoak and built by Eastern International, each building has eight storeys above a basement parking level. Construction started in February 2022. Together they hold 161 homes: one bedroom apartments of about 767 to 776 sq ft and two bedroom apartments of about 1,053 to 1,781 sq ft.
Residents share the Central Park facilities, including pools, a running track, sports courts, a dog park and play areas, and the City Walk shops and cafés are a few minutes away on foot. The smaller buildings give Celadon a quiet, residential feel that suits couples and small families.
