About Verve City Walk
Meraas released Verve for sale in 2024 and the project is now sold out. The design, by U+A Architects, pairs a 37 storey tower with a 29 storey tower, both joined by a podium with shops at street level and two basement floors of parking.
China State Construction Engineering Corporation is the main contractor, and work on site began in November 2024. Meraas reported the raft foundations of both towers finished by mid 2026, with basement works under way, and the project is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2028.
Homes run from one to four bedroom apartments up to a single five bedroom penthouse, with sizes from about 786 sq ft to more than 9,000 sq ft. Both towers rise well above the five and six floor City Walk blocks around them, and Meraas describes the top penthouse as sea facing.
