About Erin
Erin is one of the newer buildings in Central Park at City Walk, the green residential heart that Meraas has created within City Walk. Designed by Dewan Architects and Engineers and built by CRC Engineering Company, it stands on the western side of the park, a short walk from The Green Planet and the City Walk streets.
Construction began in April 2023. The building rises 12 storeys above one basement parking level and holds about 200 homes in one to four bedroom layouts. The Dubai Land Department began registering Erin apartments as ready homes in August 2026, and the first Ejari rent contracts followed the same month.
Residents use the shared Central Park amenities, including pools, a running track, a dog park, tennis and squash courts and children's play areas. With larger family layouts than the earlier Central Park buildings and park views from many balconies, Erin appeals to families and to buyers looking for a newly completed home close to Downtown Dubai.
