About Laurel
Laurel was launched in August 2022 as one of the larger buildings in Central Park at City Walk, the park centred neighbourhood that Meraas added to City Walk. It stands on the western side of the park, close to Fern and Myrtle, with open views across the lawns from many of its balconies.
Work started in November 2022. The building has 12 storeys above one basement parking level and 217 homes, from one bedroom apartments to four bedroom layouts and penthouses. The Dubai Land Department began registering Laurel apartments as ready homes in August 2026.
Residents get a swimming pool, a gym and outdoor fitness areas, plus the wider Central Park facilities such as a running track, a basketball half court, a dog park, tennis and squash courts and spa areas. Laurel's range of layouts, from starter apartments to penthouses, draws both end users and investors to this newly completed part of City Walk.
