Danube Properties launched Glamz alongside its neighbour Starz in 2016, and both sold out in their launch year. Glamz reached completion in 2019 as part of the developer's Dh570 million Starz and Glamz programme, adding 426 homes to the north side of Al Furjan.
All apartments are studios or one and two bedroom homes, delivered fully furnished with Danube's modular furniture and convertible sofas that fold out into full size beds. The compact, practical layouts suit young professionals and investors who want a ready to rent home near the metro.
