About Westwood by Imtiaz
Imtiaz Developments launched Westwood in September 2022 and completed the building in November 2023, ahead of schedule. It was one of the Dubai developer's first projects in Al Furjan and came with flexible payment plans that drew strong investor interest.
The 188 homes are studios and one bedroom apartments spread over 12 storeys above two basement levels. Every home was delivered fully furnished by the developer's design team, with smart home features and modern fittings, and upper floors look out towards the Dubai Marina skyline.
Residents share a swimming pool, a gym, a clubhouse, a games room, yoga and meditation areas, a garden and a children's play area. Mosques, schools, parks and a community retail centre are nearby, and Dubai Marina, Palm Jumeirah and Ibn Battuta Mall are all within about 20 minutes.
