About The Regent
Construction of The Regent began in July 2023, Nshama reported it 100 percent complete in June 2025, and ready resales followed from July 2025. It is part of the cluster of newer mid rise buildings that Nshama added at the southern end of Town Square.
Residents enter through an airy lobby to a landscaped courtyard with a swimming pool, a deck and children's play areas. Interiors have glazed porcelain floors, built in wardrobes, en suite master bedrooms and kitchens with scratch and stain resistant counters. Some three bedroom units are large duplexes of more than 2,300 sq ft in DLD records.
Noor Community Park is about 0.1 km from the lobby and Hayat Park about 0.4 km, which suits families in the two and three bedroom units. In the year to September 2026 DLD registered about 49 sales here, most of them two bedroom homes.
