Safi Apartments, recorded by DLD as Town Square Safi, are four mid rise apartment buildings by Nshama in the north of Town Square, Dubai, in two phases, Safi 1 (1A and 1B) and Safi 2 (2A and 2B). About Safi Apartments
Safi was among the first apartment projects in Town Square. Safi 1 was built from August 2015 and completed in January 2019, and Safi 2 was finished in 2018, so the blocks have a long rental track record and mature landscaping around them.
Nshama designed the buildings around a central courtyard that serves as a community hub with events through the year, surrounded by walking trails. Ground floor units hold shops and services, and Spinneys is about 0.2 km away. Two bedroom flats of around 930 sq ft are the most common, with three bedroom homes of about 1,410 sq ft.
Safi is one of the deepest rental pools in the community, with close to 390 Ejari contracts in the year to September 2026, half of them for two bedroom flats, and about 55 sales. Dubai International Academy Town Square and Safi Townhouses are both close by.
