About Safi Townhouses
Work on Safi started in December 2016 and the homes were completed in June 2019, which makes Safi one of the first townhouse phases in Town Square to be handed over. It shares its name and its corner of the community with the Safi Apartments blocks, so residents have shops and a supermarket within a few minutes' walk.
Nshama gave the houses a deliberately minimalist design, describing them as a blank canvas for owners to personalise. Three bedroom homes run from about 2,093 to 2,208 sq ft and four bedroom homes from about 2,381 to 2,428 sq ft, and every house has space for two cars.
The school run is a big draw. Dubai International Academy Town Square is roughly 0.5 km away, and Trump International Golf Club in DAMAC Hills is about 3.6 km away. Most Safi homes are let rather than traded, with more than 160 Ejari contracts and around 20 sales recorded in the year to September 2026.
