About South Ridge
South Ridge was among the first residential projects of Downtown Dubai. Emaar launched the six towers from 2006, and the community was ready for residents in 2008. Together the towers hold about 1,000 apartments along with shops at street level.
The towers are of different heights and share a contemporary Islamic design, with tops sculpted into planes and ornamental silhouettes. Their position near The Old Town gives many apartments views toward the Burj Khalifa, while the southern sides face Business Bay.
Homes range from one bedroom apartments to four bedroom units, penthouses and a small number of podium villas. Residents have pools, a fitness centre, squash and badminton courts, a nursery and play areas, which makes South Ridge a long standing choice for families in Downtown.
