Emaar Properties developed Park Island as a group of four towers in the centre of Dubai Marina. Blakely and Sanibel rise 24 storeys, and Bonaire and Fairfield 28 storeys, giving 556 apartments in total. The towers were designed by Norr Group Consultants and built by Dubai Civil Engineering.
What sets Park Island apart is its green setting: the towers share three landscaped parks, rare for the middle of Dubai Marina. Residents also have a swimming pool, a health club and gym, squash courts, a mini theatre, a games room and a business centre, with shops at the base of the towers.
The community is right in the centre of the marina. The Sobha Realty metro station and Dubai Marina Mall are both about 600 m away, and Marina Walk and The Walk JBR about 700 m. That central, walkable position makes Park Island one of the most traded and rented communities in Dubai Marina.
