About Binghatti Aquarise
Binghatti Developers began building Aquarise in January 2025 and expects to complete it in the first quarter of 2027. The design takes its cue from water, with a glass facade meant to reflect the changing colours of the sky, and the project is registered with the Dubai Land Department in five blocks, Towers A to E.
Aquarise is one of Binghatti's largest Business Bay projects, with about 1,626 homes ranging from studios to four bedroom apartments, a limited collection of two and three bedroom Royal Suites and around 28 retail units at street level. Binghatti says the apartments are generally offered furnished.
The amenity programme is resort style: an artificial beach, a rooftop swimming pool and pool deck, sky gardens, a padel court, a basketball half court, a running track and a children's playground. Set on the canal with direct access to Sheikh Zayed Road, it appeals to buyers who want a new waterfront home close to Downtown Dubai and DIFC.
