Bugatti Residences by Binghatti is a branded ultra luxury residential tower in Business Bay, Dubai, created by Binghatti with the French hypercar maker Bugatti. It holds 182 homes: 171 Riviera Mansions and 11 Sky Mansion Penthouses, with two, three and four bedroom layouts. It was unveiled in May 2023, and Property Finder now lists completion for August 2027.

About Bugatti Residences by Binghatti
Bugatti Residences was the first residential project to carry the Bugatti name. Mate Rimac, chief executive of Bugatti Rimac, and Muhammad BinGhatti unveiled it at Coca-Cola Arena on 24 May 2023, presenting a tower on Marasi Drive in Business Bay that borrows its mood from the French Riviera. Homes are named after Riviera towns: Cannes, St Tropez and Monaco. The building is a single organically sculpted tower with a distinctive facade and interiors finished to Bugatti's brief.
This is a project for a very small group of buyers. Dubai Land Department records show 35 registered sales in the last twelve months, with a median price of about AED 28.4 million and about AED 6,986 per sq ft. Sizes run from about 2,017 sq ft to over 6,500 sq ft for apartments, with full floor penthouses above. Two garage to penthouse car lifts let some owners park beside their living room, and a Riviera style beach deck with a private pool sits within the tower.
Owners get a hotel level service model: private valet, chauffeur and concierge, a private members' club, a chef's table, a jacuzzi spa and a fitness club. The building suits collectors, family offices and buyers who want a trophy address with Burj Khalifa a few minutes away. The original completion target was December 2025; Property Finder now lists August 2027, so we confirm progress with Binghatti and review each unit's specification sheet before any offer.

The first target was December 2025. Property Finder now lists August 2027, and construction has been running since March 2023, so we check the current schedule with Binghatti before you commit.
How much does a Bugatti Residence cost?+
Dubai Land Department records show 35 sales between September 2025 and September 2026, with a median of about AED 28.4 million. Two bedroom residences had a median of about AED 26.2 million and three bedroom residences about AED 27 million.
What are Riviera Mansions and Sky Mansions?+
Riviera Mansions are the 171 main residences, named Cannes, St Tropez and Monaco by size. Sky Mansions are the 11 full floor penthouses at the top of the tower, some served by the garage to penthouse car lifts.
Can I really drive my car up to my home?+
Bugatti and Binghatti announced two garage to penthouse car lifts. They serve the penthouse level, not every apartment, so we confirm which units have access.
Who is Bugatti Residences for?+
Collectors and high net worth buyers who want a branded trophy home with full concierge service near Downtown Dubai. It is a lifestyle purchase first, and transaction volumes are small, with 35 sales in a year.
