About Binghatti Skyflame
Skyflame is one of Binghatti's 2026 launches and one of its most active. Between the February 2026 launch and late September 2026, Dubai Land Department records show 1,176 registered sales, 769 in Skyflame 1 and 407 in Skyflame 2. Most of that demand came from studio buyers, which tells you a lot about who the project is for.
The two towers share a five level podium. Tower 1 rises 27 residential floors above it and Tower 2 rises 22, and Binghatti describes the project as resort inspired, with pools on every residential level and more than 15 amenities. The unit mix is unusually compact: about four in five sales were studios of roughly 400 to 413 sq ft, with one bedroom homes of about 697 to 868 sq ft and two bedroom homes from about 1,218 sq ft.
Majan is a settled mid market district in Dubailand, between Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, with Global Village and Dubai Outlet Mall nearby. Skyflame suits first time buyers and investors looking for a low entry ticket in a Binghatti tower with a clear construction timeline.
