About Phoenix
DAMAC started building Phoenix in June 2014 and handed it over in December 2017. With 87 homes behind its own gate, it is one of the smaller and more private clusters in DAMAC Hills, set near the middle of the community rather than on its outer edge.
Homes are a mix of three bedroom townhouses and detached villas of three, four and five bedrooms. Sizes run from about 2,000 sq ft for the smaller townhouses to more than 5,800 sq ft for the largest villas, and each home has covered parking for two cars and a private garden.
Location is the strong point. DAMAC Hills Park, with its lawns, lakes and play areas, is a few minutes on foot, the golf club is under a kilometre away and Jebel Ali School is about a kilometre south.
